A man has been charged following an alleged break and enter at a North Balgowlah home on 4 September alongside the alleged theft from a York Street business on 7 September.
Following investigations, a 31-year-old man was arrested by police last Wednesday, on 9 September. Proceeds from the alleged break and enter incident were allegedly located in bushland in Seaforth.
The man was refused bail and is due to appear before Downing Centre Local Court on 10 November.
Northern Beaches Police are also investigating damage to boom gates at Park and Ride car parks set up for B-Line bus stops. Alleged incidents of damage occurred at the Mona Vale Park and Ride on 4 September and the Collaroy one on 8 September.
The investigations for both incidents are ongoing, and police are calling on members of the public who may have information to come forward.
