The Bus Industry Taskforce is holding a community pop-up near the Chatswood Interchange, Victoria Avenue bus terminal, on Monday, 27 November, from 3pm to 6pm.

The Taskforce, established by Transport for NSW (TfNSW), has gathered bus operators, industry experts, the workforce and community representatives together to take a deep dive into issues affecting bus services and to look at ways of improving bus services.

As part of the investigations, the Taskforce has held community forums where locals have their say on services. About 13 forums have been held so far.

The Taskforce released its first report in August, where it found that the North Shore was affected by driver shortages and the Lower North Shore had one of the highest service demands.

The community can tell the Taskforce representatives how they feel about the current bus service in the Chatswood area by completing a survey, making a submission or registering online for the forum on haveyoursay.nsw.gov.au/bus-industry-taskforce.
