We are a passionate group of early education leaders, carrying over 30 years of rich history and experience.

This legacy is ever-evolving, enriched by every new Educator who joins our team.

At Kindalin Frenchs Forest, we are especially proud to have several of our Heart & Soul who have devoted 10 to 15 years of their careers to us.

Among them is Director Ashlee Clews, who began her journey with Kindalin as a trainee and has blossomed into a key leader within our company.

These remarkable individuals have woven a unique culture within our Kindalin community, one of dedication, exploration, and growth, allowing us to thrive alongside the local community we cherish.

We’re thrilled to offer specially designed programs for both trainees and aspiring educators, aiming to inspire and support their professional journeys. Our Kindalin Traineeship Program provides new educators with hands-on training and study assistance during work hours, guiding them with mentorship into the world of Early Childhood Education. We view each new trainee as a future trailblazer who will help shape the next generation in
extraordinary ways.

And that’s just the beginning of the journey! Our Rising Stars Program is a testament to our commitment
to nurturing talent. We celebrate educators who show great promise, offering them mentorship and opportunities to step into new leadership roles within Kindalin.

Beyond the programs and accolades, the heartwarming truth is the deep bond our team shares over their passion for working with children.

Our team has dedicated their life’s work to nurturing, teaching, exploring, and playing, growing together as a
