Northern Beaches Hospital is looking for people of all ages and backgrounds, including people who are culturally and linguistically diverse, Indigenous Australians and people who identify as LGBTQ+.
They will also consider students over 16 who are pursuing careers in healthcare.
Training will be provided particularly for those working with older patients, those with dementia and mental health issues.
All volunteers receive uniforms, free parking and a cafe voucher for each shift they attend.
