Northern Beaches council is seeking expressions of interest from the community to join its advisory committee involved with the future decisions around Manly Dam.

Council is now calling on the community to have their say on how the Dam will be managed over the next four years and is seeking to appoint three community members including, an environment representative, a recreational representative and a community representative.

According to council, Manly Dam is loved by locals and visitors and says this is an opportunity for the community to get involved and assist other representatives from council and the NSW government.

Northern Beaches council is taking expressions of interest until 11 December 2022.
