Northern Beaches Bushcare | North Newport

Bushcare volunteers work with the council to conserve and rehabilitate publicly owned natural bushland. More than 350 volunteers work across the Beaches area.

If you have two to three hours per month to spare, consider volunteering and caring for our wonderful natural environment.

No previous experience is needed, tools and training are provided, and you’ll meet some wonderful people. Plus, a delicious morning or afternoon tea will sustain you!

You should be physically fit as it’s manual labour, which might involve weeding, planting of native species, erosion control and species management.
