Mona Vale will benefit from a visionary plan to provide vibrant, safe and sustainable spaces over the next decade.
The Council are working on a Draft Place Plan for Mona Vale, along with a Project Working Group (PWG), and said the draft will be on exhibition in early 2024 so that the community can provide feedback.
The Draft Place Plan will not only set a visionary course for Mona Vale but will also echo the community’s core values and aspirations.
The project began with the formation of the PWG, a diverse panel comprising 17 representatives from resident and business associations, community members, and special interest groups.
Three PWG meetings, a community drop-in at Village Park, and a community survey have been held.
A report will be available with the Draft Place Plan during its exhibition and will contain the outcomes of these engagements.
