At about 3.30pm on 26 January, officers attached to Northern Beaches Police attended the forecourt area of Manly Wharf in response to reports of a brawl.
As a result of the operation, police moved on the group, arresting three boys who were taken to Manly Police Station.
Two boys, aged 14 and 16, will be dealt with under the Young Offenders Act. The third one, aged 14, was released pending further investigation.
