The 2024 Westfield Local Heroes program is now open to receive community unsung heroes’ nominations.
Westfield Local Heroes program celebrates the community’s positive role models by shining a spotlight on them and their cause. Offering $20,000 and $5,000 grants, totalling $1.26 million annually, to provide vital support to community organisations and the work they do.
Selected by a panel of Westfield team members and local community partners, the program sees a shortlist of three finalists selected for each Westfield centre, which will then be put to the community to vote for their local hero for 2024.
Nominations for Westfield Local Heroes close on 18 March. The community vote will be held between 20 August and 9 September to determine the Westfield Local Heroes at each centre, with the grant recipients announced on 15 October.
