Bounce is seeking to build an indoor activities centre at 4 to 8 Inman Road, Cromer, within the Cromer industrial precinct. The 2,000 to 3,000sqm indoor activities centre would include trampolines, parkour courses, climbing arenas, golf, high ropes and more.
The company is also seeking to transform one of the warehouses into an indoor swimming school, with car parking and signage. Another would be an indoor golf facility.
Approval for the multi-million dollar project is pending, with site visits and modifications still needed to the three applications.
