For the whole month of February, ALH Hotels and agricultural charity Rural Aid have teamed up with Parma for a Farmer to help raise money for Aussie farmers doing it tough.

Order a Parmi and know that $1 from each sale will be donated to help fund water initiatives on farms, fodder for animals, mental health support, as well as direct financial assistance for those struggling to make ends meet.

Patrons of more than 300 ALH Hotels across the country are encouraged to chow down on a tasty chicken parmigiana and know that each delicious mouthful of this Aussie favourite will help the regional community.

The Group’s General Manager Lukas McKay says that the chicken parma is one of their most popular dishes.

“Last year, we were able to raise $113,505 to support farmers affected by natural disasters, and we hope to build on this success and once again rally Aussies to support farming communities who need our support now as much as ever,” Mr McKay said.

CEO of Rural Aid John Warlters expressed gratitude for the continued support from Endeavour Group and ALH Hotels.

“Farmers are stoic characters and continue to battle the elements on a daily basis. This much-needed support will provide a vital lifeline to help them continue to do what they do best,” Mr Warlters said.

Some ALH hotels north of the Harbour include Crows Nest Hotel, Kirribilli Hotel, Narrabeen Sands Hotel, Forest Hotel in Frenchs Forest and The New Brighton in Manly.
