The Draft Mosman / North Sydney / Willoughby Bush Fire Risk Management Plan (BFRMP) was released for public exhibition.

The BFRMP aims to protect lives, properties, and the local way of life, and community feedback during this exhibition period to help to establish practical measures to mitigate the impact of fires that have been identified.

The draft plan identifies risks to communities and valuable assets. Incorporating feedback from relevant parties, it proposes methods to reduce fire impacts across the area.

Public feedback is vital to understand how the fire risk is managed across the North Shore area to shape the Bush Fire Risk Management Plan for the next five years.

Comments and feedback on the draft plan will be received by 5pm on 30 June 2023.

The plan and feedback forms are available on the RFS NSW website.
