HammondCare | Palm Beach, Mona Vale
Why not use your professional photography skills to volunteer as a photographer and allow people who are receiving end-of-life palliative care services to capture a special moment?
The HammondCare photography service volunteers’ duties include chatting with the patient about the photo style and who will be in the photo – themselves, family, or pets and arranging for photos to be taken in their home or in a park at a suitable time.
It would involve two hours a week for the shoot and post-production. Due to confidentiality, you will be unable to use the photos for portfolio or promotion.
