Northern Beaches Council sponsors the Disability Inclusion Award which recognises local businesses which accommodate the needs of everyone regardless of their abilities. And in addition, provide products and services to suit the needs of the whole community.
The Disability Inclusion Award is open to small businesses and non-profit organisations operating within the Northern Beaches local government area that are not primarily disability service providers. The awards are run by Precedent Production.
Anyone can nominate a business, including customers, community members, business owners and staff, and self-nominations are also accepted.
The Disability Inclusion Award winner and finalists will be announced at the Northern Beaches Local Business Awards gala presentation evening, to be held at Dee Why RSL on 11 July.
Nominations close on Tuesday 16 May.
