The Royal Australian Artillery Historical Company (RAACH) is seeking a volunteer history research assistant to help with the maintenance and development of a digital record of Australian artillery history and responding to information requests.
Volunteers will access a variety of materials, including books, maps, historical papers, CDs, and videos. While basic computer skills are helpful, they are not required. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with an interest in local history, particularly Manly’s naval history.
The position is well-suited for retired or semi-retired individuals, as many team members are also retired from full-time work.
