Children who love to write songs can now enter the Australian Children’s Music Foundation (ACMF)  National Songwriting Competition.

School-aged children from preschool to Year 12 will be able to put pen to paper and enter their original songs.

ACMF is a North Sydney-based not-for-profit organisation that provides weekly music education classes and instruments to disadvantaged children and youth at risk throughout Australia.

Now celebrating its 21st year, the competition invites children to reflect, create, inspire, and immerse themselves in music while participating to win incredible prizes, including monetary rewards to be redeemed for musical instruments, music tuition or music production.

ACMF National Songwriting Competition is free and available for music lovers. All entries must be submitted online by 5pm on 30 September.
