Elora Jolliffe – Bodyfirst Pilates
Local Elora Jolliffe has taken out the Youth Award at the recent North Shore Local Business Awards.
The 19-year-old has been working at Bodyfirst Pilates for almost two years as the social media and marketing manager.
“I get to walk around and take photos and learn about the exercises, and then I post it on social media,” she explains.
‘It’s really cool, because I get social media influencers on board as well to come into the studio and take photos.
“The work I do feels easy, because the team is really lovely.”
Elora tells North Shore Living it was an honour to win the prestigious award on the night.
“Honestly, it’s been really cool because I did not expect to win an award walking into this job. My family is really proud of me.
“I just never was expecting it, and it means a lot to me because I feel like I’ve shown myself that I can do a lot in my life.”
