North Sydney Council has opened the applications for the Small Grants Program 2023-24. The grants aim to support the provision of community services through financial assistance. The funding is available to local not-for-profit community organisations with one-off projects and services for the local residents.
Small Grants are cash assistance from Council and the funding amounts available are in the range of $500 to $2,000. The funding is awarded as a contribution and should not be seen as a commitment to fund the entire project.
The dollar allocations are determined according to a project’s capacity to address areas of high priority and social need, and the organisation’s financial capabilities.
Applications will close on Friday 17 March 2023 at 5pm, and the results of the submissions will be communicated and published by July 2023.
