Clothing company bassike is hosting the sixth annual luncheon in support of the Northern Beaches Women’s Shelter (NBWS) on Thursday 24 October at Manly Pavilion from 12pm to 4pm.
Local Ironman Kendrick Louis will emcee this year’s event, with all proceeds from the luncheon going to NBWS to support their ongoing operational needs.
The NBWS provides vital services and support for women, and women with children, in crisis due to domestic violence, financial hardship, mental health issues, and addiction.
The shelter supports women in their recovery and longer-term housing goals. Additionally, NBWS offers community outreach support to women at risk of homelessness.
Ticket purchase includes a delicious three-course meal, a generous beverage package, and the opportunity to participate in an exclusive auction, all aimed at raising funds for the shelter.
Tickets are $200 and include a 22.5 per cent tax-deductible donation, with receipts provided automatically at checkout.
