Join Mosman Council for a special forum raising awareness about sports-related dementia and neurodegenerative diseases resulting from repetitive head trauma.
Featured Speakers are Peter FitzSimons, Mosman local, author, journalist, and former national rugby union player, facilitating the panel discussion; and Michael Lipman, ex-international rugby union player sharing his personal journey with sports-related dementia, exploring the realities beyond mood swings and memory lapses.
Dr. Rowena Mobbs, renowned cognitive neurologist, offering insights on the future of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), emerging treatments, and preventative measures, will be also one invited as speaker.
