Live Easy is based in Scalabrini’s residential aged care facility in Allambie Heights and provides compassionate, personalised in-home care services from Manly to Mona Vale.
Dedicated to making home care simple, accessible and customercentric, it empowers local seniors to enjoy their daily lives without the burden of life’s hassles.
“We launched Live Easy partly to challenge the industry status quo,” says Adam Woods, Director of Customer Experience, Communications and Marketing.
“We were tired of seeing customers struggle with complicated industry jargon and exorbitant administration fees, yet receiving limited services provided on the provider’s terms, not the customer’s.
“Home care should be straightforward and tailored to the needs of the individual, not the other way around.”
Building Meaningful Relationships
Adam says a core aspect of Live Easy’s mission is to create meaningful relationships between the customer and caregiver, explaining, “We recognise the importance of trust and comfort, especially when someone is entering your home to provide care.
“That is sacred to us, so we want them to feel one hundred per cent comfortable with whoever walks through their door.”

Live Easy offers an almost unlimited set of services, and Adam explains, “Our philosophy is simple – if a customer needs it, we can facilitate it.
“This is in stark contrast to some of the traditional home care providers, who often have rigid service structures and financial models.
“We are dedicated to making home care simple, accessible, and truly customercentric”
“We also have a ‘No Stranger’ policy, so that whenever an external service provider is used, the Live Easy buddy will accompany them the first time and make an introduction.
“This policy ensures that our customers always feel comfortable and familiar with the people entering their homes.”

As a not-for-profit organisation, Live Easy’s primary goal is to help make life easier. “The process of understanding, applying, and receiving any home care package can be very complicated and confusing,” adds Adam.
“We are more than happy to chat with customers, free from obligation, to ensure they understand that landscape.
“When we say we want to help, we mean it. It’s why we exist.”
