The Mosman Environmental Foundation is inviting community members to apply for a position within the foundation.
They are looking for expressions of interest from individuals who possess suitable qualifications and experience in fundraising or those who are willing to actively contribute towards the foundation’s long-term sustainability and the promotion of environmental initiatives in Mosman.
The foundation was established through Mosman Council, with the initial support of a grant from Don Seaton – a local resident who held a strong passion for the environment. The board of directors was appointed in 2021.
The foundation provides regular grants to community organizations in Mosman for environmental projects, generates funds through a regular giving program, and strives to educate the local community on how they can positively influence local environmental outcomes.
