The proposal to identify the property at 15 Allister Street in Cremorne, as a local heritage item is now open to community feedback.
On 10 October 2022, Council resolved to endorse a Planning Proposal proceeding to Gateway Determination to amend North Sydney Local Environment Plan 2013 to identify the property as a local heritage item. In December 2022, the Minister for Planning issued a Gateway Determination allowing the Planning Proposal to be placed on public exhibition.
Planning Proposal has been publicly exhibited from 6 March and it will remind open to submissions until 17 April 2023.
