The North Sydney Council is seeking feedback from the community on how they would like to receive news and information. With the changing media landscape, the council wants to ensure that their messages are reaching everyone in the most effective way.
The External Communications Strategy is currently under review, and the council is calling on residents to share their opinions via a short survey. By completing the survey, participants will also have the chance to win one of five $50 gift cards.
The council’s aim is to engage with all stakeholders in the community and keep them informed about local news, stories, events, and projects. The findings from the Customer Satisfaction Survey will also help inform the draft Strategy.
Once the draft is prepared, it will be for 42 days for further community feedback on the Strategy.
The Preliminary Engagement Survey closes on 2 May.
