The Castlecrag Community Fair is set to brighten the weekend, bringing fun, food and music to the North Shore suburb. The event will be held on Sunday 2 November from 10am to 3pm outside the Castlecrag shops, located on Edinburgh Road.
There will be a number of stalls on the day featuring delicious food, local art, plants, flowers and bonsai. Classic cars will be on show for the vehicle enthusiasts, and children will enjoy the balloon artist and petting zoo. There will be art demonstrations and the team from North Shore Dog Rescue will be there too.
Willoughby Council’s environmental education team will also be at the fair to talk to the community about bushland and sustainability. Visitors can stop by the local community garden stall to pick up plants and find out how they can get involved in growing fresh produce close to home.
This event has been organized by the Castlecrag Progress Association, who will be celebrating their 100 year anniversary.
