A couple has been charged with stealing multiple cans of baby formula from a supermarket in Mona Vale last April.
The couple, both in their forties, appeared before Manly Local Court on 13 June to each face a charge of stealing 10 baby formula cans from a Mona Vale supermarket on 23 April.
Police allege the couple had in their possession 15 cans of the product.
They were also charged with one count of goods in custody suspected of being stolen or otherwise unlawfully obtained. Both pleaded guilty to one count of shoplifting.
The magistrate adjourned the matters to Manly Local Court on 4 July for plea or mention.
