Crows Nest Fest is on Sunday 19 October and is set to transform the village into a vibrant hub of entertainment, food and community celebration. Presented by Crows Nest Mainstreet, the festival is a free, family-friendly event, and will run from 10am to 5pm.
This year features the theme ‘Connection, Culture and Creativity,’ and at the festival visitors can expect more than 200 market stalls across the Crows Nest village streets and laneways. Sustainable products, gourmet food, wine, art, fashion and jewellery will be on sale.
Ernest Place will be a hub of entertainment, with the big music stage showcasing local performers, and visitors can see more than 200 young artists performing on Hume Street and in Hume Park.
For children there will be pony rides, a petting zoo, a circus playground and face painting, while local dogs will compete for prizes at canine capers.
Roving entertainers will keep the good vibes going on the day, there wll be live DJ sets and plenty of food and coffee to try.
