Kids, don’t miss this opportunity to lose yourself in another world over the holidays with the summer reading challenge.
Run by Willoughby City Library, the summer reading challenge invites readers up to the age of 16 to enjoy a literary journey over the summer.
This year’s theme is ‘travel’ so readers get to read about new worlds and far-flung places.
Once registered, participants can download a reading log from the Summer Reading Challenge website, read or listen to at least 10 books and then submit a completed reading log.
Everyone gets an invite to the final celebration with fun craft activities and a special prize draw with a special guest.
Registration is on Eventbrite up to 19 January 2024, and participants must be members of the library. Once readers sign up, they can visit any Willoughby City library to pick up a registration pack.
